Organized by ANECR et PCF. The Confédération nationale du logement (CNL - National Housing Federation ) and the Droit au logement (DAL - Right to Housing ) non-profit organisation took part in preparing and organising the event, which was attended by representatives of numerous other organisations.

» 4th States General for Housing and the CityThe International Alliance of Inhabitants is a global network of associations and social movements of inhabitants, cooperatives, communities, tenants, house owners, homeless, slum dwellers, indigenous populations and people from working class neighbourhoods. The objective is the construction of another possible world starting from the achievement of the housing and city rights.
